Homestay Information
The homestay program provides students with the unique opportunity to live with a Canadian family. Local host families welcome international students into their homes and provide a safe and caring environment where international students are able to learn about Canadian customs and culture, and be fully immersed in the English language.
- Homestay students are provided with a private bedroom, study space and three meals per day
- The homestay company provides custodianship for homestay students under the age of 18
- Host families undergo a vigorous screening process, including: in-home interview, criminal background and reference checks
